How to Use TREB's Map Search

This 7-minute tutorial covers how to view your Listing results in various formats, modify your search criteria without leaving the results page, as well as how to print/email selected items for your client.

How to Use GeoWarhouse

The new GeoWarehouse® interface is map-based and features a flexible search bar that can be used for address, name, PIN or ARN searches. Other searches, including Lot and Concession, can also be undertaken by using the selector to the left of the text search box.

How to Use the Prospect Search Tool

Learn how to create a Prospect Search to automatically email new and updated listings to both you and your prospective buyers every evening. You will also learn how to extend searches that are about to expire.

What is Collaborate

Collaborate allows you to collaborate in real time with your clients. You’ll be able to set them up with custom searches and search results, and they have the option to be notified in real time about new listings entered into TREB.



Create and Use Collaborate Teams

Your clients will also be able to register and perform their own searches in Collaborate as well as send you comments and like/dislike notifications for different properties.
