What to do if you see an "Email Failed" notification on REALM / Clients are not getting your emails. 


There are 3 ways to re-subscribe a client's email address.   Due to Canadian Anti-Spam laws, the client has to re-subscribe themselves, Realtors cannot do it for them.  

1. Pull up an old email.

Have the client find an old email notification from REALM. If the contact has unsubscribed from REALM emails in error, they can simply click the "Unsubscribe" link in any REALM email to be directed to the resubscribe page. 

2. If the Client has a REALM Email and Password 

Using the Resubscribe Button in your REALM Profile. The contacts can re-subscribe to Realm email notifications by logging into their account and accessing their account settings. 

3. Send a Simple Email to REALM 

Send a request to re-subscribe to us via Email. The client or Realtor who has unsubscribed to REALM Notifications can send an email to resubscribe@em.realmmlp.ca to have the suppression removed. The email can have any subject and any body but it must be sent from the address that was unsubscribed.

Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL) requires express consent from every individual on an email list. Therefore, individuals who have unsubscribed from our emails must re-subscribe to provide documented proof that they wish to receive REALM communications.
